April 2014 Message

Tax Day, Easter, and a fashion show. All things to look forward to in April. I look forward to tax day, because I get my husband back!

The spring weather has been beautiful. However, some more rain would be nice too.

I hope everyone is as excited about the fashion show as I am. I know that Faith, Connie, and Susie have worked hard to plan an amazing event.

On a sad note, Sarah Hector has decided to step down as vice president. She has done a wonderful job of getting us some great speakers this year. However, her schedule simply didn’t allow for her to continue. Susie Jarvis has graciously agreed to fill those responsibilities until the next election.

We will be calling a nominating committee at this meeting. If you are interested in being on the list, let me know.

Also, we were not going to have a regular meeting in April due to the fashion show!  But that has changed.  We will have a regular meeting on Tuesday, April 22nd!

Kandi Jackson, President
